If you are driving east on Interstate 44, exit at Murdoch Avenue and cross back over I-44 to Big Bend Boulevard. Then, turn left on South Old Orchard and proceed to 45 South Old Orchard, which is on the right side.

If you take Big Bend into Webster Groves, you will turn either right or left at South Old Orchard, which is a traffic signal in the heart of the Old Orchard Shopping District (at Gazebo Park).
